        How Do I Receive Payment For Transport Jobs?

        Payment is negotiated directly between you and the customer. Utransport does not get involved in payments or transactions between you and the customer.

        Utransport is proud to provide direct connection between transport companies and customers seeking transport for a small subscription fee, therefore we do not get involved with payments or negotiations around payment or deposits. As payment is direct between customers and your business we do not chase payments.

        We do offer a review service when you complete a Job and if you have had a good experience with a shipper we do ask that you take a moment to give your feedback as other carriers will be able to view this information. To see how this works have a look at our video.

        Is Utransport A Freight Broker?

        No Utransport is not a freight broker. We connect customers with subscribed transport carriers who can provide quotes directly. Carriers and Customers speak directly- Customers award Jobs to their chosen transport carrier.

        Do Utransport Allocate Loads?

        No Utransport does not allocate Jobs but the Jobs are allocated independently by the Customer who has posted the load listing, we do not get involved and simply link you directly. You should always contact the customer who has listed the load directly. You can view contact details when logged in and subscribed.         How Do I Win Jobs On Utransport? Can I Speak Directly to Customers?

        In our experience it is not always the cheapest transport price that wins the job. Often customers need someone who is available to do the job in their time frame or has the right equipment for the job in particular if it is an oversize load or in a remote location.

        Our Top Tip is to set your Email and SMS Alerts to get notified for loads you may be interested in- then you can be the first to quote.

        Also we always recommend calling the customer directly when they have provided a phone number to discuss their requirements further as this is a good way to get more information and build a relationship with the customer, it's also a great way to connect with the customer for future or regular work.
